Job summary

You will manage buyers through the entire home-buying journey, coordinate with lenders and realtors, and execute marketing plans to attract new prospects. A driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent. Required
• One year of experience in a home sales environment or related field. Required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ability to manipulate and be proficient with PCs and Windows applications.
• DL NUMBER - Driver's License, Valid and in State Required

Responsibilities

• Effectively manages buyers throughout their home-buying experience, from initial contact through construction of the home and after closing.
• Meets monthly sales plan by proactively creating prospects, following up on all leads, and securing Realtor partner relationships.
• Maintains complete knowledge of the assigned community's demographics and local amenities.
• Maintains accurate files of pricing, floor plans, elevations, options, features, products, memos, buyers, prospects, and properties.
• Plans, implements, and executes Marketing strategies from the monthly community Marketing calendar.
• Maintains a constant flow of communication with buyers on contract, construction progress, loan needs, community updates, and referrals.
