Drees Homes is seeking a Customer Care Representative for its San Antonio Division to support warranty service and customer satisfaction. Training is provided for the right candidate, with emphasis on follow-through and professional communication.

This role supports the homebuilding process in the Texas market. Responsibilities include managing warranty requests, presenting new homes to customers, and maintaining accurate records while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required; Construction or related college degree a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Customer oriented, outgoing, dependable & ethical.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned warranty service requests within company policy.
• Follow up on warranty requests with vendors/contractors for prompt service.
• Evaluate customer complaints and report solutions.
• Conduct new Home Presentations and 90-Day Follow Ups at the customer's home.
• Keep the customer care system up-to-date and accurate.
• Recommend changes to improve processes.
