Drees Homes in Raleigh is seeking a Customer Care Representative to support homebuyers through warranty service and post-purchase follow-ups. We provide training for the right candidate to deliver dependable and respectful service.

You will collaborate with vendors and customers, document interactions, and maintain accurate warranty records. The role emphasizes communication, organization, and a customer-first mindset within a trusted, long-tenured company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; construction or related college degree a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Ability to diplomatically and effectively handle stressful customer situations, including conflict resolution.
• Basic computer skills; iPad experience preferred.
• Self-driven, organized, detail-minded and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned warranty service requests within company policy guidelines.
• Follow up on warranty requests with vendors/contractors to ensure prompt service.
• Evaluate customer complaints and report solutions.
• Conduct new Home Presentations and 90-Day Follow Ups at the customer's home.
• Keep the customer care system up-to-date and accurate.
• Recommend changes to improve processes.
• Monitor and respond to email and voicemail daily.
• Comply with the 'Warranty On Call' procedure.
