Drees Homes in Dallas, TX is seeking a Customer Care Representative to proactively resolve post-close issues and warranty items across assigned communities. You will manage warranties, follow up with vendors, and maintain accurate records to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; related college degree a plus.
• Minimum 1 year residential home experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow through to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsabilités

• Proactively solving customer issues in assigned communities after closing and completion of work orders.
• Complete warranty service requests within company policy guidelines.
• Follow up on warranty requests with vendors/contractors for prompt service.
• Evaluate customer complaints and report solutions.
• Conduct 60-day and yearly Customer Orientations.
• Keep the customer care system up-to-date and accurate.
• Recommend changes to improve processes.
• Monitor and respond to email and voicemail daily.
