D.R. Horton, Inc., the largest homebuilder in the U.S., is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the sales process and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will source new clients, help customers find and design their dream home, and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish. The role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work with realtors and the sales team to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Regular exposure to outside weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential customers.
• Uncover and understand customer goals and establish DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Maintain documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities and develop marketing plans.
• Network and perform outreach to realtors.
• Manage time efficiently to meet sales goals and work with team members.
• Develop and maintain rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and conduct business professionally.
