Job summary

Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. You will be a craftsman performing remodeling work, finish carpentry, and window installations in customers' homes, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

This role involves traveling to homes to assess and repair products, completing warranty paperwork, and providing excellent service while adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service technician or finish carpenter preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable with Apple products.
• Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
• Valid US Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and services based on job site evaluations for windows and doors that need attention, whether installation or manufacturing.
• Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation.
• Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently.
• Travel to customers' homes to assess and repair our products.
• Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
