Job summary

Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. You will work on window and door projects in homes, performing assessments, installations from start to finish, and handling warranty tasks with precision and care.

You must be comfortable with customer interactions, travel to client sites, and maintain strong communication while delivering high-quality service. A valid US driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service technician or finish carpenter preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable with Apple products.
• Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
• Valid US Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and services based on job site evaluations for windows and doors that need attention, whether it is due to installation or manufacturing.
• Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation.
• Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently.
• Travel to customers’ homes to assess and repair our products.
• Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
