Job summary

CAVCO - Rocky Mount seeks a Customer Service Representative to help customers resolve home warranty issues and coordinate service with retailers in the Rocky Mount area. You will report to the Customer Service Manager and handle inquiries with a focus on timely resolution.

Key tasks include qualifying service needs, authorising technicians, following up on repairs, maintaining accurate records in our systems, and delivering excellent customer service with honesty and integrity.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience in the housing industry preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with home warranty issues and coordinate service for assigned territories.
• Authorize retailers, service technicians, and contractors to perform service work.
• Follow up on repairs to ensure timely and complete resolutions.
• Maintain accurate customer and retailer records in industry-specific software.
• Ensure correct system coding and up-to-date unit files.
• Respond to service inquiries promptly by phone or email.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management or Leadership.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all work.
