Job summary

David Weekley Homes seeks a Warranty Service Manager to oversee post-construction warranty activities and ensure homeowner satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will resolve concerns, coordinate repairs, and uphold warranty standards across the home portfolio.

You will visit homes, manage budgets, document issues, and collaborate with homeowners and subcontractors to complete warranted repairs on time. Strong communication and calm problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Warranty experience preferred.
• Ability to stay calm in confrontational situations.
• Ability to manage a budget.
• Excellent time management and scheduling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners to deliver exceptional experiences and build relationships.
• Respond quickly and professionally to warranty concerns.
• Inspect issues on home visits to determine warranty eligibility.
• Coordinate repairs with homeowners and subcontractors.
• Follow up and ensure completion of all repairs.
• Maintain warranty records for management reviews.
• Hold contractors accountable for results.
• Advise homeowners on maintenance and warranty items.
