Drees Homes, a leading Midwest homebuilder, is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator for the Midwest Region. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth processing of homeowner warranty and service requests.

Responsibilities include assisting the Customer Care team, maintaining records, and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors. 1–3 years of office experience and a HS diploma are preferred; Associates or BA a plus.
