Job summary

Azori, LLC is seeking a Home Care Manager on the Eastside to ensure homeowner warranty requests are handled efficiently and with a superior customer experience. You will be the single point of contact for warranty needs in the first year after move-in, coordinating services, tracking progress, and following up on outstanding items.

You will work with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams to uphold construction standards, safety, and quality while identifying opportunities for ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in a Warranty Service representative or equivalent role.
• 5+ years’ experience managing subcontractors, scheduling, and invoicing.
• Experience developing, implementing, and managing a warranty program.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for Azori homeowners warranty needs.
• Coordinate post move-in services with homeowners and contractors.
• Communicate progress and follow up on outstanding items.
• Ensure adherence to NAHB Residential Construction Standards and safety protocols.
