Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC seeks a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality home-based care in San Francisco, CA. You will deliver tailored PT interventions, implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient mobility and quality of life.

Requirements include a CA PTA license, California fingerprint clearance, BLS/ACLS, TB and flu vaccination within the year, and comprehensive immunization records, plus a valid driver's license

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of California.
Valid CA Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Up-to-date BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification.
Recent Negative TB test result and Flu Shot within the past year.
Comprehensive Immunization/Vaccination Records, including Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella.
Valid Driver's License along with auto-insurance.

Responsibilities

Delivering skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises and stretches, aimed at enhancing patients' mobility and function.
Creating and executing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
