Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home therapy across San Francisco, CA. You will help patients improve mobility and quality of life by delivering skilled physical therapy directly in their homes.

Responsibilities include implementing personalized treatment plans, performing interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. Active CA PTA license and current vaccinations are required.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of California.
• Valid CA Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Up-to-date BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification.
• Recent Negative TB test result and Flu Shot within the past year.
• Immunization records including Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella.
• Valid Driver's License along with auto-insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises and stretches, to enhance mobility and function.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
