Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home physical therapy in San Francisco, CA. You will deliver skilled interventions, build personalized treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve patients’ mobility and quality of life.

The role requires a valid California PTA license, BLS/ACLS, TB and flu vaccination within the past year, and up-to-date immunizations. A valid driver’s license and auto-insurance are also required.

Competenze

• Active California PTA license.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification is required.
• Recent TB test and flu vaccination within the past year.
• Immunization records including Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella.
