Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in California.
• Valid CA Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Up-to-date BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification.
• Recent TB test and flu shot within the past year.
• Immunization records including Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella.
• Valid driver's license with auto-insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions including exercises and stretches to improve mobility.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
