RRC Solutions Group seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide exceptional care in patients' homes in San Francisco, CA. You will deliver targeted PT interventions and help patients regain mobility, under the supervision of licensed therapists.

The role requires California PTA licensure, valid fingerprint clearance, TB/flu immunizations, and CPR/ACLS certifications. A driver's license with auto-insurance is also needed for home visits.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of California.
• Valid CA Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Up-to-date BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification.
• Recent Negative TB test result and Flu Shot within the past year.
• Comprehensive Immunization/Vaccination Records, including Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella.
• Valid Driver's License along with auto-insurance.

Responsabilités

• Delivering skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises and stretches, aimed at enhancing patients' mobility and function.
• Creating and executing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
