The Recruiting Hive is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home physical therapy in San Francisco, CA. You will deliver targeted interventions and build personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and quality of life for patients in their homes.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care. California licensure, fingerprint clearance, and current BLS/ACLS are required, along with vaccines and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in California.
• Valid CA Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Recent negative TB test and flu shot in past year.
• Immunization records including Covid-19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella.
• Valid driver’s license with auto-insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team for coordinated patient care.
