Job summary
Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Mcpherson/Salina, KS region on a part-time basis. You will practice under a physician, performing examinations, creating care plans, and coordinating with families and caregivers.

- Board-certified NP or PA with Kansas license.
- 1–2 years of geriatric primary care experience.
- Ability to work independently under physician supervision.
- Strong communication with patients and families.
- Experience in home-based, palliative, or primary care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Mcpherson/Salina, KS.
- Perform physical exams, update medical histories, and plan care.
- Communicate with office staff and clinical operations across platforms.
- Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Coordinate with families and caregivers during visits; order tests as needed.
