Best Buy is looking for an In-Home Installation Technician responsible for delivering, installing, and troubleshooting various tech products. You will partner with Geek Squad Agents and customers to meet technology needs based on their lifestyles.

The role includes advising customers, managing inventory, and ensuring vehicle maintenance. Ideal candidates should be customer-oriented, capable of lifting weights, and have relevant experience in electronics delivery and installation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds individually and 250 pounds with a team.
• 6 months of consumer electronics experience required.
• 6 months of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless customer experience through product recommendations.
• Perform delivery, installation, integration, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Take the lead on two-person jobs.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance.
