Job summary

AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home sales experiences. You will engage with customers at scheduled appointments, showcase the latest technology, and drive to close deals with hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments.

Earn through base pay plus uncapped commissions; top performers can reach six figures. Training and ongoing coaching are provided to help you succeed in a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided to you.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Keep customers connected to what matters most by presenting solutions and services.
