AT&T is looking for Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home sales experiences. You will engage customers with hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments, close deals, and handle post-sale support, with uncapped commission potential and a top earning range around $100,000.

New reps earn $62,900 to $100,000, depending on geography, experience, and education. Training, scheduling, and a company vehicle for official business are provided to support success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled in-home or on-site visits to engage warm prospects.
• Close deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery.
