APS Foundation is expanding its service department and seeking personable, mechanically minded Sales & Service Technicians. You’ll visit existing customers, service equipment, and help customers discover additional protection options for their homes.

You’ll troubleshoot, explain technical concepts clearly, and work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating with installation crews to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Technical or mechanical background relevant to service work.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Independent worker with a positive, resilient attitude.
• Willingness to collaborate with technicians, sales and support staff.

Responsabilités

• Service and troubleshoot customer equipment (dehumidifiers, sump pumps, etc.).
• Assess needs and recommend products/services.
• Be the go-to problem solver for customers.
• Partner with installation crews to ensure plans are carried out smoothly.
• Stay current on products, techniques, and regulations.
• Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication and service quality.
