• Deliver pick-up and delivery experience while addressing customer concerns.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment including picking, staging, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology and systems.
• Monitor metrics like order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, and satisfaction.
• Create schedules aligned with order volume and productivity.
• Collaborate with leaders to address inventory issues affecting orders.
• Hire, train, and develop associates while fostering teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards.
