Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Home Sales Inspector to perform comprehensive home inspections and advise customers on pest protection solutions. You will visit homes, discuss termite protection options, and build trusted relationships with clients, turning inspections into solutions.

No prior industry experience is required as Orkin provides award-winning training and all tools to succeed, including a company vehicle and sales software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and build trusted relationships ensuring homes and families are protected.
• Proactively prospect new business and follow leads with a robust advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and explain the process and recommendations.
