Orkin is seeking Home Sales Inspectors to provide expert termite protection services, perform comprehensive home inspections, and present effective solutions to homeowners. You’ll build trusted relationships, explain recommended pest plans, and work with a supportive sales team in a rewarding, growth‑oriented role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between.
• Win over customers with confidence and care while explaining practical solutions.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with a robust advertising budget for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and address questions.
• Prepare sales agreements using a company provided iPad and training provided.
