Job summary

Orkin is hiring Home Services Inspectors in the United States. You will perform 360 pest inspections, explain treatment options, and build trusted relationships with homeowners.

The role offers a strong base plus commissions, company vehicle, and a robust training program with no prior pest control experience required. Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers

Responsibilities

• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between, solving problems and building trusted relationships.
• Explain practical pest solutions and recommendations to customers with confidence and care.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet potential customers in their homes to describe Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and address issues identified during inspections.
• Prepare sales agreements using company-provided tools and follow training on the process.
