Orkin is hiring a Home Services Inspector to conduct thorough 360 inspections of customers’ homes and provide expert recommendations for pest protection. You will build trust with homeowners while explaining Orkin’s solutions and services during in-home visits.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers
• We will consider all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to assess pest risks.
• Make strategic product recommendations to customers based on inspection results.
• Prospect new business and follow up on assigned leads with a robust advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet homeowners to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Explain inspection findings and address questions to set clear expectations.
