CallRail is seeking a Vertical Marketing Manager for the Home Services vertical. You will own strategy, performance, and subvertical execution, partnering across demand gen, product, and sales to win in this market.

You will build personas, messaging, and go-to-market plans tailored to contractors, remodelers, and other home service businesses, translating insights into revenue gains and strong customer engagement. This role blends strategy with execution in a fast-moving market.

Responsibilities

• Act as owner of the home services line of business and carry accountability for performance and outcomes.
• Represent home services in cross-functional and leadership conversations, with decisions grounded in data and customer input.
• Advocate for market needs, build cases with rationale and numbers, and push initiatives until decisions are made.
• Build subvertical strategies with distinct positioning, messaging, and ROI framing for each priority segment.
• Serve as the hub between sales, product marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, and product development.
• Be the face of CallRail in the home services market through trade shows, webinars, panels, and industry events.
