Hosack Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Missouri. You will answer calls, schedule plumbing, HVAC, and other service appointments, and promote memberships with a focus on excellent customer experience.

The role emphasizes a sales mindset, strong communication, and the ability to meet performance metrics such as booking rates and outbound activity. On-site work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable selling over the phone and asking for appointments.
• Able to meet goals and stay motivated by metrics.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with a friendly, professional posture.
• Turn calls into booked service appointments and explain membership value.
• Schedule plumbing, HVAC, drain, and other service visits.
• Make outbound calls to generate and fill service opportunities.
• Follow up on open opportunities and available appointments.
• Promote and sell memberships and service plans clearly.
