Job summary

First Mate Heating & Cooling is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers and to help keep our service schedule organized and our technicians moving efficiently.

You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, enter customer data, and coordinate confirmations while supporting field staff to ensure fast, professional service across our local area.

We're a locally owned residential HVAC company serving the Kansas City area since 1971, and we're looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.

This is more than just answering phones. You'll be the first impression for our customers and play an important role in keeping our service schedule organized and our technicians moving efficiently.

You'll work closely with our office team and field technicians to ensure customers receive fast, professional service.
