A locally owned HVAC company serving the Kansas City area is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring efficient scheduling and a smooth workflow for technicians. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset. Previous experience in HVAC or related services is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple calls and schedules with accuracy.
• Comfortable learning new software systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls from customers with professionalism.
• Schedule HVAC service and maintenance appointments efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with customers about scheduling and expectations.
• Enter accurate customer information and job notes in our system.
• Coordinate appointment confirmations and rescheduling when needed.
• Assist customers with maintenance plans and membership scheduling.
• Support technicians and office staff with basic customer communication.
• Help keep the office organized and running smoothly during busy seasons.

We’re a locally owned residential HVAC company serving the Kansas City area since 1971, and we’re looking for a full‑time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.

This is more than just answering phones. You’ll be the first impression for our customers and play an important role in keeping our service schedule organized and our technicians moving efficiently.

You’ll work closely with our office team and field technicians to ensure customers receive fast, professional service.

What You’ll Do
