Responsibilities
Where and how will you serve customers?
- Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route as a Pro
- Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency
- Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals
- Interact with customers by setting expectations and explaining procedures to ensure satisfaction
- Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions for each customer
- Complete all service-related documentation using your hand-held device for speed and accuracy

Qualifications
What do you need to be successful?
- No experience required—training provided
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers
- All qualified applicants will be considered in accordance with applicable laws
Work environment requirements
- Safely use ladders within weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing
- Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators
- Work in various weather conditions
