Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

• Complete our award-winning company-paid training to learn the skills for managing pest control service routes and becoming a Pro.
• Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
• Drive a company vehicle, follow route schedules within your territory, and ensure timely, safe arrivals at each customer.
• Interact with customers by setting expectations and guiding them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
• Solve problems for customers by deciding the most efficient pest solutions tailored to their needs.
• Complete service documentation using the provided handheld device for speed and accuracy.
