Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

  • Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn skills for managing a pest control service route and become a Pro.
  • Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
  • Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely, safe arrivals.
  • Interact with customers, set expectations, and walk them through processes to ensure satisfaction.
  • Serve as a problem solver to identify the most efficient pest solutions for customers.
  • Complete all service documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

What do you need to be successful?

  • No experience required—training provided.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
  • Ability to work independently, manage routes, and interact with customers.
  • Qualified applicants will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.
Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

  • Use ladders safely within weight limits.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and confined spaces, including climbing and balancing.
  • Wear PPE, including respirators when required.
  • Work in various weather conditions.
