Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

• Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operation of a pest control service route to become a Pro
• Prepare and install home services including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals
• Interact with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction
• Serve as a problem solver for your customer to decide on the most efficient pest solutions tailored to their needs
• Complete all required service documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy

Qualifications

What do you need to succeed?

• No experience required — training provided
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers

Work environment requirements

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders safely within weight limits
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing
• Wear PPE, including respirators when necessary
• Work in various weather conditions
