Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operation of a pest control service route to become a Pro.
2. Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
3. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
4. Interact with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
5. Serve as a problem solver for your customer to decide on the most efficient pest solution for each need.
6. Complete all required service documentation using your provided handheld device for speed and accuracy.
