Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills for managing a pest control service route and becoming a Pro.
2. Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
3. Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely, safe arrivals at each customer.
4. Interact with customers by setting expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
5. Act as a problem solver, determining the most efficient pest solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
6. Complete all service-related documentation accurately using your provided handheld device.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage routes

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use of ladders within weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing
• Wear PPE, including respirators when necessary
• Work in various weather conditions
