Responsibilities
- Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills for managing a pest control service route and becoming a Pro.
- Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
- Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely, safe arrivals at each customer.
- Interact with customers by setting expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
- Act as a problem solver, determining the most efficient pest solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
- Complete all service-related documentation accurately using your provided handheld device.

Qualifications
- No experience required—training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
- Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage routes
Work Environment
Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:
- Use of ladders within weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing
- Wear PPE, including respirators when necessary
- Work in various weather conditions
