Responsibilities
- Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route to become a Pro.
- Prepare and install home services including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
- Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
- Interact with customers, setting expectations and explaining processes to ensure satisfaction.
- Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Complete all service-related documentation using your provided handheld device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications
- No experience required—training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
- Ability to work independently, manage routes, and interact with customers.
- Meet physical requirements: safely use ladders, lift up to 50 lbs., access crawl spaces, wear PPE including respirators, and work in various weather conditions.
