Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route to become a Pro.
2. Prepare and install home services including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
3. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
4. Interact with customers, setting expectations and explaining processes to ensure satisfaction.
5. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions tailored to customer needs.
6. Complete all service-related documentation using your provided handheld device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications
