Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

• Complete award-winning, company-paid training to learn the skills for managing a pest control service route and becoming a Pro
• Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulation, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency
• Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely, safe arrivals to each customer
• Interact with customers, set project expectations, and walk them through the process to ensure satisfaction
• Serve as a problem solver to determine the most effective pest solutions for customers’ needs
• Complete all service documentation using the provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy

Qualifications

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely with or without accommodations:

• Safely use ladders within weight limits
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators
• Work in various weather conditions
