Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required for managing a pest control service route and becoming a Pro.
2. Prepare and install home services such as attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
3. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
4. Interact with customers to set expectations and walk them through the process for satisfaction.
5. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions for customers’ needs.
6. Complete all service documentation using your provided handheld device for accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
