Responsibilities
  • Complete our award-winning, company-paid training to learn the skills necessary for managing a pest control service route.
  • Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
  • Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely, safe arrivals at each customer.
  • Interact with customers, set project expectations, and walk them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
  • Serve as a problem solver, recommending the most efficient pest solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Complete all service-related documentation using the provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

  • Use ladders safely within weight limits.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators.
  • Work in various weather conditions.
