Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required for managing a pest control service route and becoming a Pro.
2. Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
3. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe customer visits.
4. Interact with customers by setting expectations and guiding them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
5. Serve as a problem solver to recommend the most efficient pest solutions tailored to customer needs.
6. Complete all service documentation accurately using your provided hand-held device.

Qualifications

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders safely within weight limits.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, and stooping.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators.
• Work in various weather conditions.
