Responsibilities
  1. Complete our award-winning company-paid training to learn the skills for managing a pest control service route as a Pro.
  2. Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely, safe arrivals at each customer.
  3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services tailored to their pest management needs.
  4. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient and effective pest solutions for each customer.
  5. Complete all required documentation using your handheld device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

  • Use ladders within weight limits.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing.
  • Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators.
  • Work in various weather conditions.
