Responsibilities
  1. Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to manage a pest control service route to become a Pro.
  2. Prepare and install home services including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
  3. Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
  4. Interact with customers by setting expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
  5. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
  6. Complete all service-related documentation accurately using your provided hand-held device.

Qualifications
  • No experience required—training provided.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers.
  • Qualified applicants will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.
Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

  • Use ladders within weight capacity.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators.
  • Work in various weather conditions.
