Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills for managing a pest control service route and becoming a Pro.
2. Prepare and install home services such as attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
3. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
4. Interact with customers to set project expectations and walk them through the process for satisfaction.
5. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions tailored to each customer.
6. Complete all service-related documentation using your hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders safely within weight limits.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators when necessary.
• Work in various weather conditions.
