Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

  • Complete our award-winning company-paid training and learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route to become a Pro.
  • Prepare and install home services including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
  • Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
  • Interact with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
  • Serve as a problem solver for your customers to decide on the most efficient pest solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Complete all service-related documentation using your handheld device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

What do you need to be successful?

  • No experience required—training provided!
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
  • Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments.
  • We consider all qualified applicants in compliance with applicable laws.
Work Environment

Physical requirements include:

  • Safely use a ladder within weight capacity.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing.
  • Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators.
  • Work in various weather conditions.
