Job summary

ADT is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to visit customers in their homes and showcase smart home security solutions. You will explain products in depth, tailor systems to fit each space, and work to close deals with a strong focus on customer trust.

You will build relationships, pursue new leads, and conduct post-install follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and referrals. A valid license, clean driving record, and travel willingness are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals that deliver real value.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes to demonstrate the value of ADT's security and smart home solutions.
• Customize each system to fit the client’s space, lifestyle, and concerns.
