Job summary

ADT is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor in Duluth, GA who will visit customers at their homes to demonstrate the value of ADT security and smart home solutions. You’ll tailor each system to fit the client’s space, follow up after installation, and cultivate new leads in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

Uncapped commissions offer earning potential; training yields up to $4,000 in the first 8 weeks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to uncover new leads and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with customers, acting as a reliable advisor before and after installation.
• Customize each system to fit the client’s space, lifestyle, and concerns, combining security, automation, and life safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating sales leads.
