Fischer Homes in Columbus, OH is seeking a Full-time Summer 2027 Co‑Op/Intern to gain hands‑on experience in the homebuilding process. You will work with Field Managers, communicate with trade partners, vendors, and customers on project progress, and observe home orientations.

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, you will develop skills in scheduling, purchase order management, and warranty administration through Sapphire training and PACE eLearning.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist Field Managers with coordinating the home building process.
• Communicate with trade partners, vendors, and customers on progress.

• Observe home orientations and learn scheduling, PO management, and warranty administration.
• Develop understanding of new home construction knowledge through varied job scopes.
