Job summary

Fischer Homes is seeking a driven student or recent graduate for a full-time Co-Op/Intern role in our sales organization in Kentucky. You will learn the Fischer Homes home sales process and work with an Elite Coach to engage homebuyers and support model homes.

You will participate in prospecting calls, help coordinate community and Realtor events, and complete Sales eLearning modules to demonstrate the sales process. Weekend work is required with two weekdays off.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.
• Self-starter with strong customer service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
